About STL Home Project Guide

Reviewed September 12, 2026 · Published by Home Project Guide, operated by Nfinier, LLC.

STL Home Project Guide is an educational and referral resource operated by Nfinier, LLC. It helps homeowners identify the likely project category, understand common planning questions, and request contact from independent providers serving Greater St. Louis.

What we do

We publish project-planning information, operate focused local guides, review submitted requests, and may share a request with one or more relevant independent providers when coverage is available.

What we do not do

We do not perform construction, inspection, engineering, design, insurance-adjusting, emergency-response, or contractor services. Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own communications, proposals, contracts, personnel, work, warranties, and disputes.

The STL Guide Network

The network currently includes dedicated public guides for concrete, drainage, and tree projects, together with the Home Project Guide and Contractor Hub. Other categories may be added only when a focused guide would provide meaningful homeowner value.
