How Providers Are Considered
Reviewed September 12, 2026 · Published by Home Project Guide, operated by Nfinier, LLC.
Providers may apply through STL Contractor Hub. We may review the application, service categories, territory, project fit, public business information, availability, references, and supporting documents.
Information we may request
Business identity
Legal name, primary contact, operating history, service territory, and public profiles.
Qualifications
Licensing or registration where applicable, insurance information, references, and relevant experience.
Network conduct
Prompt contact, accurate representations, appropriate use of consumer information, clear proposals, and outcome reporting.
What participation does not mean
Application review, acceptance, participation, referral, or payment does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of availability, pricing, quality, safety, or results.
What homeowners should verify
Before hiring, independently verify that the provider’s experience, insurance, licensing, scope, permits, payment schedule, and warranty fit the project.
Report a provider or referral concern.
Review, pause, and removal
Nfinier, LLC may review complaints or changed circumstances and may pause or end referrals or participation for safety, fraud, privacy, licensing, insurance, consumer-protection, noncooperation, or other material standards concerns. We may request additional information before deciding whether participation can continue.
