These Terms and the Privacy Notice govern your use of STL Home Project Guide and the affiliated STL Guide Network, including current and future category-specific or sister sites operated by Nfinier, LLC. By checking the consent box and submitting a request, you confirm that you have read and agree to both documents. The network provides general educational, advertising, referral, communication, and administrative services. Nfinier, LLC is not a contractor, engineer, inspector, insurer, or governmental authority and does not perform or supervise home-improvement work.
No professional advice or guarantee
Content and planning ranges are general and may not fit your property. Verify scopes, permits, codes, utilities, drainage, structural conditions, contracts, insurance, and qualifications with appropriate professionals and authorities. We do not guarantee provider availability, contact, pricing, quality, licensing, insurance, suitability, or project outcomes.
Independent providers
Providers are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Nfinier, LLC. Any agreement is directly between you and the provider. You are responsible for evaluating proposals, references, credentials, insurance, and terms before hiring.
Requests and follow-up
Submitting a request does not require you to hire anyone and does not guarantee a response or match. With your consent, STL Home Project Guide, operated by Nfinier, LLC, may review and route the request among affiliated STL Guide Network sites when another category may be a better fit, share relevant information with one or more independent providers, and contact you to administer and verify the request. STL Home Project Guide and relevant providers may contact you directly by phone, text, or email about the submitted project, including through calls or texts that may use automated technology where permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Optional marketing consent is separate and may be withdrawn.
Compensation disclosure
Submitting a request is free for homeowners. Nfinier, LLC may receive compensation from participating providers for introductions, advertising, or resulting opportunities. Compensation does not guarantee placement, endorsement, provider quality, or project results.
Sensitive information and emergencies
Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card information, medical data, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the project form. The site and form are not monitored for emergencies. For fire, gas, electrical, structural-collapse, flooding, downed-line, or immediate safety concerns, contact 911, the appropriate utility, or local emergency services.
Acceptable use
Submit accurate information and do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or impersonate another person. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available without warranties, and Nfinier, LLC is not liable for third-party services or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes and governing law
We may update the site, discontinue features, or revise these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Missouri law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
